You (customer) agree to rent from us (Hummer 4 Hire Limited) a limousine on the following Terms and Conditions as set out below. You shall not be permit to reserve a limousine if we have not received your deposit (50% of quoted price) and confirmation either via email / mail that you agree to the following:

Food – Please note some foods will not be allowed in our Limousines, please check with us should you choose to bring food on board prior to your booking. Hummer 4 Hire Limited is also able to supply finger food should you choose by prior arrangement at a cost should you require this option.

Alcohol – Alcohol is not to be consumed by any passenger under the age of 18, if this is found the hire age of our service will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given. School balls regardless of age no alcohol is permitted. Hummer 4 Hire Limited by law is not permitted to provide any alcohol beverages to our clients, even those of legal age the consumption of alcohol is the hirer’s responsibility Hummer 4 Hire Limited accepts no liability what so ever in relation to alcohol laws etc.

Smoking – Smoking of any substance is not permitted in any of our Limousines.

Personal Items – We are happy for you to bring along personal items such as cds, mp3’s and other various items but we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.

Parent / Guardian – is required to make the booking if the rental is for a minor under the age of (18) eighteen.

One Way Transfer – A one way transfer is a direct pick up and drop off and does not include multiple pick-ups. This can be up to but no more than 30 minutes anywhere in the Christchurch City.

Late Arrival -  Hummer 4 Hire Limited shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pick up / drop off information and any situation beyond our control. You (customer) will still be eligible for your full reserved booking time.

Booking time – It is imperative your hire time does not exceed your pre-booked and pre-paid time. Extra charge of $150.00 for every 15 minutes will incur.

Out of area surcharge – Extra cost will apply all bookings outside the Christchurch City in order to cover traveling costs.

Direct Deposit into our bank – All direct deposit payments must be received in full a minimum of 7 working days prior to your booking.

Cash – Cash will be accepted as a deposit to pay a balance, if you are making a payment with cash please make an appointment with the Staff at Hummer 4 Hire Limited to arrange a time to meet before your booking.

Personal Cheques – All personal cheques must be received a least a minimum of 7 WORKING days prior to your booking date. If we receive it less than 7 working days we will contact you to advice that we will need another from of payment and your cheque will be returned to you.

Refund Policy – If you have reserved a Limousine with the minimum deposit of 50% of the price quoted, please keep in mind that your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, but is transferable to another date. If you need to change the date of your booking it must be within one year of the date that you originally booked the Limousine for.
If you paid for your booking in full and up front, only the amount minus your deposit amount (50%) will be refunded.

The person reserving the vehicle is responsible for all guests and any damage to the interior and equipment in the vehicle and wilfill damage to the exterior. All passengers are to behave in and orderly and well-behaved manner. This is including but not limited to: liquid spillage, vomiting, breakage of glassware, lights, electrical and stereo equipment. Repair and replacement of items holds a minimum charge of $500.00. Hummer for Hire Limousine Service reserves the right to expel any person who is in breach of our terms and conditions.

A Limousine will NOT be sent if we have not received the final balance of your Account at least 7 working days prior to your journey.
